What is TrySome?

TrySome is a marketplace that allows conscientious consumers to explore wholesome and sustainable food and beauty products in exchange for providing direct and uncensored customer feedback to brands so they can improve their products, learn more about their market and ultimately create a positive impact on the environment and human health.

 

How much does TrySome cost?

TrySome samples are FREE* for everyone! You can buy full-sized versions of any TrySome product at anytime for up to 50% OFF the retail price.

*Purchasers are allowed up to 3 sample-size items each month for FREE. Selections do not include the cost of shipping, which is one-time cost of shipping.

What are the benefits of a TrySome membership?

As a member of the TrySome Taste Tester community, you get to:

  • TRY new, exciting and sustainable products that are not yet widely available
  • CHOOSE up to 3 new samples every month, for FREE
  • HELP ethical brands succeed

What’s included in my TrySome box?

You build your box of samples because you’re in charge at TrySome. This means you curate your own box … and sometimes we might throw in a little something extra for you. Hopefully, you don't mind.

 

What do you do with my data?

Your feedback is invaluable to help emerging ethical brands make informed decisions on how they can improve and expand to give more people access to wholesome and sustainable food and beauty products. We achieve this through aggregated reports of combined responses of user feedback. TrySome customers will always be 100% anonymous and at no time will any identifying information be shared with third-party organizations.

 

What is the payment and shipping process?

Your box of selected samples will ship out within the first week of each month. You’ll receive an email notification and tracking number when it ships from the US Postal Service. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for shipping.

Full-size products will be sent via our partners. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for shipments to arrive.

 

Where do we ship?

TrySome ships to the entire U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam.

 

How do I change my shipping address?

Your shipping address can be edited in your Account Settings at any time.

I forgot my password, how do I get a new one?

You can change your password in Account Settings at any time.

How do I cancel my TrySome box?

No need to cancel. If you don't select any products, we won't send you any -- it’s that simple.

Manufacturers interested in showcasing their products on TrySome must meet our sustainability standards. We’re looking to work with brands that fit one or multiple of the following labels:
